Capabilities & Ventures
Gridlink organizes its business units into two categories: Capabilities and Ventures.
Capabilities
Capabilities are the back-office technology services that Gridlink sells across industries. They are the engine — the expertise and infrastructure that gets deployed into every market Gridlink enters.
| Capability | Description |
|---|---|
| MSP | Managed Service Provider — IT infrastructure, helpdesk support, cybersecurity, network management |
| AI Advisory | AI readiness assessments, implementation strategy, workflow automation, custom AI solutions |
| Digital Marketing | Lead generation, SEO, paid ads, social media management, reputation management |
Capabilities are not standalone businesses. They exist to be bundled and sold through Ventures.
Per-Client Configuration
When a capability is assigned to a client, it can have capability-specific configuration:
Ventures
Ventures are industry-specific business units. Each venture is its own brand, its own P&L, and operates as a distinct business — but powered under the hood by Gridlink's capabilities.
| Venture | Description |
|---|---|
| Gridlink Health | Healthcare — medical practices, specialists, health systems |
| Gridlink Legal | Legal — law firms, attorneys, legal services |
How Ventures Work
Adding New Ventures
New ventures are added through Entities > + Add Entity with type "Venture". This represents entering a new market. Examples of future ventures: Gridlink Finance, Gridlink Real Estate, Gridlink Manufacturing.
